Several agents on one machine

Each agent needs its own login, memory and personality. Copy nothing: give each one its own folder through the environment, from the same unpacked harness:

Shell
mkdir -p agents/ann agents/bob
HARNESS_HOME=agents/ann HARNESS_LOCAL_FILE=agents/ann/settings.local.json \
  HARNESS_PERSONALITY_FILE=agents/ann/personality.md node src/main.ts --auto
HARNESS_HOME=agents/bob HARNESS_LOCAL_FILE=agents/bob/settings.local.json \
  HARNESS_PERSONALITY_FILE=agents/bob/personality.md node src/main.ts --auto

Write each personality.md first (copy the shipped one and change it). On PowerShell set $env:HARNESS_HOME = "agents\ann" (and the others) before node src/main.ts. They can share one local model server; it answers them one at a time unless it has several slots.
